This furnished room has a queen sized bed, three windows facing South, a desk, chest of drawers, nightstand and mirror and is well lit with two lamps on facing sides. The bathroom is just outside and shared. It is very large and spacious at 150 sq ft, plenty of room to stretch in! Over 1/3 larger than our smallest room, at only a few dollars more per day! The windows overlook a quiet street (cul de sac) filled with well-kept homes. The two closets offer ample space for your luggage and clothes. No need to stay in your room. There will likely be other guests in the house, so there is an opportunity to make new friends. Make a meal in the gourmet kitchen. Watch TV or listen to music. Free Wi-Fi available. You have access to kitchen, family room, screened in outside deck with access to backyard that leads to path to local shopping, swimming pool (in summer), living room, den, laundry room. The garage is available at a small fee for your car or storage. I live alone on the premises and will make your stay as welcome as possible. Make yourself at home. Please be respective to others. I must insist on no smoking, (or vaping), drugs. The house is on a quiet cul-de-sac. It is very safe, with professionals and families living here. People wave to you as drive through the street, but be careful, kids are playing. It is also very wooded and there are shopping centers with plenty of restaurants - all near walking distance. If you don't have a car, you can a one minute walk to the local bus that takes you on a circuit through Reston town center and the Metro (which leads downtown to DC). You can also rent bikes and take advantage of the bike friendly environs. Reston was conceived as a designed city with rules about not allowing for tacky road signs and keeping as many trees and wooded areas intact, with hiking and biking trails throughout. Yet minutes away from town center with its restaurants, bars, movie theater and outdoor concerts. And the Silver Line metro can take you to the Smithsonian mall in half an hour.
