There are 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms on 2 levels, so there is plenty of space for large family get-togethers. Enjoy the big covered porch with two swing beds while you relax and take in gorgeous views of Lake Martin. The large, level lakeside yard offers a great space for outdoor games and spending time with family and friends. The large shade trees make the yard enjoyable even in the hottest summer months. You'll have a private dock for swimming, boating and fishing, and a fire pit for your evening enjoyment. There are two paddle boards and a two-person kayak available for your enjoyment. The gigantic floating lilypad will bring hours of fun for kids and adults alike. With over 3,000 square feet, this spacious house provides lots of room for the whole family. On the main floor downstairs you'll enjoy 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The large private master suite has a king bed and ensuite bathroom with a private entrance onto the deck. The second bedroom has another king bed with access to the second bathroom located off the main living area. This bedroom is great for elderly or folks who have difficulty with stairs. On the second level you'll find one king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and 2 additional king bedrooms and a bunkroom with 2 bunk beds (4 twins) with access to bathroom from the hallway. A full-size laundry is located off the split level foyer area. Hotspots like The Landing and Kowaliga Restaurant and The Social are a short boat ride (and car ride) away (about 15-20 minutes). Real Island is the closest marina to launch a boat. In addition, you are 15 minutes by car from the Piggly Wiggly grocery store in Eclectic. They have great prices and selection, so we usually just wait to get all our food and provisions until after we arrive.
