Gite du Meunier

Located 4km from the beaches of Barneville-Carteret and 30 minutes from Cherbourg, ideal for exploring the Cotentin area. Situated at the edge of a mill stream, our gîte (21 sq m) is composed of A living area with -kitchenette -a table and chairs -a double bed (140* 190 cm) -a single bed (90*190 cm) on the mezzanine, accessible by a vertical ladder A shower room and toilet A terrace and garden area This independent house is near the owners' home An electricity package of 8 kWh and 1/4 m3 of water is included/day (for stays of less than 7 days). Beyond that, billing based on meter reading (electricity: 1 kwh = €0.30, water: 1 m3 = €5). For weekly stays, a meter reading will be taken at the start and end of the stay and then re-invoiced to the tenant. This is to protect our beautiful planet. Suitable for young children under parental supervision.
