FLORENCE ITALY PERFECT MICHAELA APARTMENT This is an excellent Florence Vacation Apartment if a historic center location and affordability are top priorities. The apartment is located off of the high-fashion Via Tornabuoni, with numerous major designer boutiques just outside the front door. Stroll along downtown Florence pedestrian thoroughfares: enjoy outdoor cafes, easy museum access, The space Enter off a private hallway into the pleasant living room with queen size sofa bed, chair, two windows, flat screen TV. A separate dining room with kitchenette is good for light meal preparation. The dining room window overlooks the internal courtyard and service terraces of other apartments. Off the dining room is a full bathroom with enclosed shower, sink, toilet and bidet. There is a large storage closet between the dining room and bathroom. The efficiency kitchen has a 2-burner electric stove top, microwave, toaster, under-the-counter refrigerator, and Italian-style coffeepot. Drip coffeemaker available upon request. The round dining table seats up to four people. The kitchenette is fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans. The bedroom is to the other side of the living room. It has two single beds that can be prepared together or apart and an armoire for your clothing. An en suite bathroom has shower, sink, toilet and bidet. Other things to note 8 steps up to the elevator For stays greater than 4 weeks, a €500 damage deposit is collected in cash on arrival. Utility costs will be deducted from the deposit.
