The house is located on a private, enclosed and wooded plot of 2600 m2, located in a nature reserve where the gray cranes stay from October to March, halfway between the Lacs d'Orient and du Der and close to the Etang de la Horre, 2 km away. The house has an outdoor terrace covered by an electric blind, 2 removable blackout curtains for your privacy, garden furniture with six armchairs and two deckchairs. You can enjoy a swing, a game of badminton and a game of petanque. You can park your vehicles, trailers and others in the courtyard of the house with peace of mind. At your disposal, a kitchen equipped with large TV, a living room equipped with large TV and home theater, a double bedroom (1 bed 160X200 + baby bed with mattress), 1 twin bedroom (2 beds 90X190), bathroom with shower, toilet. Additional charge: electricity. Pets allowed after agreement of the owner (supplement per animal €8/day). The beds are made upon arrival with sheets included. For your comfort, there is a large and a small towel in the bathroom; an additional linen kit is offered at the price of €10 for the entire gîte. Four bicycles are available for rent, package to be defined according to the length of the stay. Outdoor surveillance video exclusively oriented on the gate at the courtyard entrance and the back of the house on the street side. Disabling outdoor cameras upon request during check-in. Ability to charge your electric cars on site via outdoor outlet provided for this purpose (€6/recharging).
