Halfway between the lakes of Der and Orient The space Located 16 km from Lake Der, 50 km from Troyes, 38 km from Bar sur Aube and 30 minutes from Nigloland Amusement Park, nice detached Champagne house from 1800, completely renovated, very quiet and naturally cool in summer (very pleasant for our guests especially in hot weather). The house is located on a private, enclosed and wooded plot of 2600 m2, located in a nature reserve halfway between the Lacs d'Orient and Der and close to the Etang de la Horre at 2 km). Outside at your disposal, a terrace covered by an electric awning with 2 removable blackout curtains on the floor, a table, 6 armchairs and 2 deckchairs. There is also a swing, a badminton set and a pétanque ball set at your disposal. You can park your vehicles, trailers and others in the large courtyard just in front of the house. At your disposal: equipped kitchen with large TV, living room equipped with large TV and home cinema, a double bedroom (1 bed 160X200 + umbrella bed with mattress), 1 twin bedroom (2 beds 90X190), bathroom with shower, toilet. Additional charge: electricity. Pets accepted after agreement of the owner (supplement per pet €5/day). Beds made at check-in. Availability of bicycles: flat rate to be defined according to the length of stay. Video surveillance outside exclusively oriented on the gate at the entrance of the courtyard and at the back of the house on the street side. Disabling of outdoor cameras on request during reception. Ability to charge your electric cars on site via outdoor outlet provided for this purpose (€6/recharging).
