Outdoor Area: the newly decked outdoor entertainment area is equipped with a 6-8 seated table and 6 seater sofa. You can enjoy watching your favourite show with a 50 inch TV equipped with Google Chromecast. Bedroom 1: Includes a luxury king sized bed, 2 extra large built in wardrobes, drawer set, ceiling fan and interconnected smoke alarm. Access through to the family bathroom. Bedroom 2: Includes a comfortable double bed, marble side table, built in wardrobe, ceiling fan, interconnected smoke alarm and drawer set. Bedroom 3: Includes a brand new double bed ensemble, side table, 55 inch Smart TV with Google Chromecast, built in wardrobe, interconnected smoke alarm and ceiling fan. Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with Westinghouse cooktop, Ariston oven, coffee percolator, Sodastream, microwave and new dishwasher. Additional Information: there is a Fujitsu Air-conditioner in the Living Room which cools/ heats the whole house. Ceiling fans and window security screens are in all bedrooms. There is a strict no party and no smoking policy. Garden: There is 950m2 for your enjoyment.
