Cedar's Edge -Ontario's beautiful southwest coast, Turkey Point -1 of 5 Hartgill Vacation Homes -One block walk to the sandy beach & lake -AC & Heat -Wood bonfire -3 Bedrooms, 4 beds -Private yard space, not connected to others -Covered patio with lights -BBQ w propane -Walking distance to shopping, LCBO, restaurants, ice cream -Private parking for 2-3 vehicles -Grassy yard -Washer/Dryer -Quiet corner lot -Smart TV -Fast Wi-Fi -Nearby beach is quieter than the main beach The space The cottage is clean and tidy with everything you need to cook, do laundry, and relax and enjoy your time in beautiful Turkey Point. The bedrooms are spacious and the living room is open concept to the kitchen and dining area. Central AC and central heat. Wi-Fi is by execulink, fast and has been quite reliable. Propane is included for the BBQ. The wood firepit is available all year round, Please bring your own firewood. The laundry is available, it is a single washer/dryer combo unit, and we provide laundry soap. Note, there is no dishwasher. Also, the bathroom has a shower but no tub. We do not provide linens or comforters, only pillows- you will need to bring bedding for Queen and Double beds. We do not provide towels for the shower or beach (we do provide hand towels). Guest access Guests have access to the entire cottage and property. There is parking included that can fit 2-3 cars. Guests do not have access to the garage on site (this is for lawn care equipment). Other things to note - You might see a maintenance person around; we will have them give you space and privacy, but they may need to access something related to the cottage at times. - The TV only has Netflix and other internet-based apps (no satellite or cable) - WE DO NOT PROVIDE BED LINENS- you will need to bring 2x Queen, 2x double AND comforters. We DO provide pillows. -It is a condition of the rental agreement that there is cleaning service provided after your departure. However, the cottage should be left in a neat and tidy state with everything put back in its place. A pre- departure checklist is attached to the fridge. The cottage will be inspected at the end of the rental and if the cottage has been left in a state of bad repair, this will be charged against you. -The cottage has a septic tank. Be aware that the system may back up if any other material is flushed away – this includes diapers, tampons and other sanitary products, Q-tips, cotton wool balls and condoms. Blockages are very expensive to rectify as well as being extremely inconvenient for you, as a plumber may not be readily available to clear the blockage. - The hot water is quite hot, please be careful
