Los Arcos is a beautiful home located in Tierra Linda subdivision with great amenities to make your family vacation a little less stressful. Cool off tubing the Frio River or walk a few steps to your own personal pool. With 4 bedrooms/4 baths, this home has plenty of room for everyone! The spring fed Frio River is only 1.5 miles from the home. Pool has a small kiddie pool perfect for small children to play. 2 bedrooms offer privacy by only been accessible from outside through the back porch. The space Open floor plan allows everyone to gather around kitchen, living, and dining room. Other things to note Quiet time after 11 pm. NO ATV's, golf carts, dirt bikes, or any other unlicensed vehicle allowed in the subdivision. Must be 25 years or older to book. Basic cable (Dish Network) Extra guest are not allowed. RV's are not allowed to be parked in or near house/lot.
