The space Access to the cottage will be via an external staircase and will give you access to the 1st level to a living room composed of an equipped kitchenette and a dining area, a double bedroom (bed 160x200), a twin bedroom (2 beds of 90x200), a bathroom and a separate toilet. On the 2nd level, you will have a master bedroom composed of a double bed (140 x 190) and a private bathroom, a separate toilet, a pleasant bright living room overlooking a 10 m2 loggia overlooking the village and the hillsides. Outside: an enclosed courtyard and parking are available. At the back of the house on the hillside, a super quiet patio with barbecue, dining area and relaxation awaits you. Linens will be provided. Heating and electricity is included. Wood: €10/basket. Beds made upon arrival. Small pets are allowed on request from the owner (15€/stay for large dogs). A cellar visit can be offered upon request. On the Champagne Tourist Route, 4 km from Nigloland, 12 km from Bar sur Aube and 45 km from Troyes, former annex of the Château de Spoy in country stones renovated into a gîte adjoining two other gîtes that can accommodate 6 to 8 people. The exposed stones, beams and old framework will delight lovers of traditional champagne houses.
