OFF THE CLOCK RIVER HOUSE is a rare find among Air BnB options. Our riverfront property is ideal for ALL water activities; boating, jet skiing, kayaking, fishing, and swimming. A private concrete launching ramp and a large dock with a double jet ski dock are located directly in front of our home. Of course, you can also enjoy the gentle flow of this peaceful, riverside escape allowing yourself to unwind and recharge. Historic Madison offers many options to explore. The space Bring your boat, jet ski, kayaks, tubes, and fishing equipment, and make the most of this unique riverside oasis. Water shoes are recommended on the beach and in the water. Nestled between Cincinnati and Louisville, Hanover beach offers a peaceful place for activity or relaxation. The ground level offers ample outdoor seating and lounging space under the decks or by the illuminated fire pit. An adjustable basketball goal allows for fun at any age. Cornhole tournaments can also be enjoyed in the sideyard. If you look above the cabinet, you will also find water guns to cool off (outdoor use only please.) Inside there are foosball and a shuffleboard table for friendly competition. Inside there is an open gathering room with access to your own kitchen, (grill is outside), dining area, TV lounge area, a loft for the young or young at heart as well as two murphy beds and a daybed with an additional pull-out. There is also a large bathroom and access to laundry facilities. We want your stay to be as active or calming as you and your family desire. Guest access You will have access to all ground floor spaces, the beach, boat ramp, dock, and fire pit. Please refrain from accessing the spiral or stairs as well as the elevator as this is where my husband and I will reside. However, we are available for any questions, concerns, or needs which may arise. Other things to note A pet fee of $50.00 per pet is required. Jim can assist in starting a fire for your fellowship around the firepit.
