Upstairs, four additional bedrooms each offer private ensuite bathrooms, including a luxe master suite with a king bed, spa-style bathroom, and water views. The ground level transforms into your private resort: a large 15x30ft pool (with heating option), outdoor bar and lounge space, full-size fridge, grill, TV, outdoor shower, and half bath. This level also includes the garage stocked with beach gear, kayaks, umbrellas, and games, plus a 6-seater golf cart available for rent. Please note that pool heaters depend on ambient (outdoor) temperatures. When outdoor temperatures are 50°F or below, the heater may be unable to maintain the desired water temperature. By requesting pool heating, you acknowledge that pool heat is not guaranteed. Refunds will be considered only in the event of a verified mechanical or compressor failure of the heating equipment. Reduced heating performance due to low outdoor temperatures is a known limitation of electric pool heaters and is beyond our control. All adults under 25 must be accompanied by a parent. This House Rule takes precedence over any information displayed on the property listing. Violation of this rule may result in cancellation and/or eviction. Check-in Times: Homes: 5:00 PM Condos: 4:00 PM Check-out Time: 10:00 AM for all units. No exceptions can be made to the check-in or check-out times at this time. Pets are only allowed if the unit has advertised as such and the non-refundable $200.00 pet fee per pet has been applied in the rental agreement. *Blue Chair is Pet friendly with approval - non-shedding dogs only $200 pet fee / per pet does apply * Limit 2 Pets - must be friendly and non-aggressive. Pets that leave excessive cleaning needs will be charged extra cleaning fees. If any pet is discovered on any property without prior authorization or notification the penalty is a $500.00 charge per pet for extra cleanup and flea treatment.
