End your evening in the hot tub listening to the waves crash. If you don’t want to carry the groceries up the stairs, hop on the elevator and cruise up to the kitchen. With plenty of room for the family in the 5 spacious en-suites, you’ll be reserving this house for every Summer vacation! Need more room? We’ve got you covered! Check out the house next door, Phelps Brothers, to have your extended family close by. Take advantage of the bike/walking path to check out nearby coffee shops, ice cream shops, local restaurants and unique local stores. Beach Access: Conveniently located close to the Admiral Street and Baltic Street beach accesses! Head north from the home and cross Virginia Dare Trail at the marked pedestrian cross walk to access beach. Paved parking lot and wooden walkway to allow easy access to the beach. Located just south of the home is the Baltic Street access - cross Virginia Dare Trail at the marked cross walk at Baltic Street to access the beach! No Smoking/Vaping. The hot tub is Seasonal - Seasonal Hot Tubs are not available from January through mid-March.
