Beautiful water views and sunsets!! A short walk to Folly Beach restaurants and shops. This two-story condo is the perfect vacation spot. Master suite has a king bed and a double pull out couch. The second bedroom suite has a queen bed and a twin bed. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. A full size washer and dryer set are upstairs hall. The kitchen has pretty much everything you could need. Our families stay at the condo a few times a year! The space The 1st floor has an open kitchen with a breakfast bar, a large dining table, 1/2 bath, and living room. A screened porch overlooks the marina and Folly River. Upstairs is a large master suite w/ king bed, sunroom with sleeper sofa & full bath. The second bedroom upstairs has a queen & twin daybed with a full bath. Guest access The entire two story condo is yours during your stay. You will also have access to the community pool and tennis courts.
