Beach cottage- Ocean View, Block from beach

Three bedroom, two bath beach cottage, 1 1/2 short blocks from beach with deck and partial ocean view. Two blocks from Newport St, the main street of town, filled with eateries and shops, the Ocean Beach pier ( the longest pier on the West Coast ), the popular Wednesday farmers market , and a short drive to the beauty of Sunset Cliffs . Close to attractions, including San Diego Zoo, Sea World, and other beach communities. * This is NOT a Party House * The space Three bedroom, ( two queen beds, one full bed , two bath beach cottage, with deck and partial ocean view. High speed internet , cable . two smart TVs , ( living room, and master bedroom.) Air-conditioning unit in the living room, ceiling fans/upright standing fans throughout the house. Wall heater unit in the living room and a portable heater in each bedroom. Comfortable beds with nice bedding. Property has a washer /dryer. Newer model gas range Beach equipment including boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, sand toys, and cooler available for use. Pack in play available for infants., upon prior request. Guest access Street Parking. If parking cannot readily found , it often can be found within a short block or two. During the weekends and weekly Wednesday farmers market finding a parking spot could take longer. Please be aware of street cleaning signs. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. Out of respect to the neighbors , please be mindful of the noise level. Quiet time hours are between 9pm-8am. In the unfortunate instance where there are noise complaints, the reservation will be subject to cancellation/ vacating premises . Keeping the noise level down is of high priority, as there have been prior complaints . Please note Ocean Beach is located beneath the flight path, the sound of planes could be heard. Departures are prohibited after 11:30 pm until 6:30 am. Closing the bedroom windows at night can reduce the early morning sounds. Prior to checkout 1) Lock both kitchen and front door 2) Turn off lights , television, fans, all electrics 3) Wash and return used cookware/dishes 4) Dispose of trash in barrel closest to the alley ( behind back gates of house ). If staying past Sunday, pull barrel out to alley, and place two feet to the left of the telephone pole for pickup 5) Place towels in washing machine, ( starting a load would be helpful for time efficiancy for same day new guests. as machines are smaller sized and several loads are needed. 6) Return household items / furniture to original position as check in. 7) return keys in lockbox ( mix up numbers) 8) lock front cable to front gate of house ( mix up numbers Registration Details STR-04228L, 645046
