The walls and floors are soundproofed to eliminate noise from neighbors and give you a quiet living space. The apartment has a modern gourmet kitchen, exposed brick walls, huge windows that allow plenty of sunlight, a washer/dryer combo, super-fast wifi and cable TV. The apartment also has a deep-soaking tub where you can relax in the evenings after a long day. The building has 24-hour security/doorman. **The large painting is no longer in the apartment but all furniture is the same :) Guest access The building has a beautiful common space lounge with free wifi, flat screen TV and a kitchen area. There is also an outdoor lounge area with two barbecue grills and a hot tub and cold tub with jets. Other things to note Super fast wifi and cable TV are both available in the apartment. Wifi is also available in the common areas -- lounge and barbecue/jacuzzi. The apartment has a heating and AC unit and a programmable thermostat. The kitchen includes plates, cups, pots, utensils and basic cooking supplies. The apartment has towels and linens so no need to bring yours. Street parking is difficult in downtown but parking is available in an adjacent secured parking garage at an additional fee of $175 per month, or $10 per day.
