The space Géraudot, known for its spaces designed for swimming and its 16th century parish church Saint-Pierre Saint-Paul, is a village located in the heart of the Orient Forest Natural Park, and a stone's throw from the lake. The Logis du Charron is a half-timbered Champagne house, restored in 2012, adjoining another gîte (10G106), with a fully independent entrance. Arranged on an elevated ground floor (2 steps), the vacation rental consists of a living room, a kitchen open to the living room (ceramic hob, new furniture), a bedroom with a double bed of 140 cm, a bedroom with two single beds of 90 cm, a bathroom (shower) and separate toilet. A large terrace with garden furniture, parasol and sun lounger, allows you to enjoy the green spaces (orchard and lawn of 1500 m2), enclosed and common to both cottages. Parking is private. Additional charges: electricity (including heating). From the gîte, you can take the Vélovoie des Lacs (passing in front of the gîte - 4 adult bikes + baby carrier available according to availability), reach the beach (1 km), the wild shores of the lake (300 m), or go to Troyes to discover the medieval city (25 min), or finally to Nigloland to relax with family or friends (30 min).
