We rent Le Verger, our lovely house located in the middle of Saint-Valery-en-Caux. Beach, port and many shops within 5 minutes' walking distance! Our house is not located near a road, so the garden (1000 m²) is very quiet and safe for children! Many fruit trees (peach, raspberry, pear, apple and rhubarb) It is ideal for weekends with friends and family! Everything is done to make you feel good when you arrive! The space The main house of 110 m² consists of the ground floor, an entrance/cloakroom, a large living room/kitchen ideal for meals with family or friends, as well as a cozy living room with stove (wood provided), a shower room with toilet. On the 1st floor, 2 charming double bedrooms (140 cm bed) and a toilet with sink. On the 2nd floor, a huge dormitory with 4 single beds (90) and many games, costumes and books for children as well as a sink! The 30 m2 outbuilding, accessible through the garden just a short walk from the house, can accommodate 4 people. One bedroom with double bed (140) on the ground floor with en-suite shower room and toilet. Upstairs, 2 single beds in the attic, books and games. Please note that the 2 bedrooms are connected by a staircase, so it is ideal for people from the same family. For the garden: outdoor games available (Molky, badminton, petanque, foosball, children's games), garden furniture, barbecue. In the living room: many board games for adults and children available. In the living room/kitchen: toaster, dishwasher, microwave, oven, filter coffee maker, slicer, blender/mixer, large refrigerator, fondue machine, raclette machine, complete dishes for meals with friends, bluetooth speaker... Small separate laundry room for washing machine and dryer. Some basic culinary products present upon arrival as well as bath mats, hand towels, dish towels, hair dryer included...
