Lakeview Bedroom 1 @ Sunfish Lake Retreat

This is a private bedroom in a family home 15 minutes drive from downtown Waterloo. This property is surrounded by private forested land, wildlife and some of Waterloos best biking hills. It is also a peaceful place to relax, swim, hike, boat, or fish. In the winter, it is ideal for skiing, skating and snowshoeing unless you'd just rather snuggle up with a book beside the wood fires. The amenities include a BBQ, a hot tub, fire pits and several boats and a shared bathroom. The space This lake view bedroom is on the second floor and overlooks the lake. There is a shared 3 piece bathroom on the same level. We encourage our guests to respect the ecology and quiet community surroundings while enjoying the amenities. Guest access Guest have access to the common areas of the house. During your stay We are usually out and about during the day and home in the evenings. We hope that you will make yourself feel at home. We like to meet and chat if you do! Other things to note This is our family home so late night entry/exit can be disturbing. Any in/out after 11pm should be discussed in advance.
