About seven steps away under a covered patio, The Guest Wing door opens to a large family room, a queen suite, and an ocean-view king suite upstairs. Outdoors, there’s a large deck, hot tub, hot water shower, and teak chaises. A shaded stone patio features a teak dining set and two hammock holsters. There’s also a stainless-steel gas grill. Nice Amenities: All beds feature Sealy PosturePedic or other top-rated mattresses plus 800—or 600-thread-count sheets made from sustainably-produced 100% cotton. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the entire property: Main house, Guest Wing and all yards. Other things to note * Why a variable pricing policy? This allows a couple or small group to pay only per person, not for the full capacity of eight guests. Many of our guests are just one couple and we love hosting them, so we have tailored our pricing to serve parties of two. Our base rate is for two guests; there's a fee for each additional guest. You can modify your guest count any time before you arrive, and your rate will be adjusted accordingly. No visitors: Only paid guests are allowed on the property. Drop-ins, photographers, babysitters, cooks, or service providers are not allowed. Contact host if you wish to invite visitors or service providers on the property for a day-use rate. Children are welcome, but the house is not childproofed. Electronics and furniture may not be moved. Children under age 5 are not allowed in hot tub. Minors under the age of 21 are not allowed to be alone on the property without an adult present. The beach is accessible by a dirt path on the other side of the house next door. The path crosses a creek, and there can be shrubbery and fallen brush. It is not appropriate for wheelchairs or guests requiring mobility assistance. Sometimes, the beach is sandy, and other times, it is mostly stones. Some non-essential vintage amenities may not be fully functional, such as the pinball machine, antiques, etc.
