The large kitchen-living room in the extraordinary conservatory with access to terrace is fully equipped with induction hob, dishwasher, convection stove at standing height and all important household appliances. The master bath has a walk-in rainforest shower with underfloor heating and an infrared heat cabin. The second bathroom upstairs has a shower and corner bath. A tumble dryer is available in the utility room. Everything is allergy-friendly equipped (including organic parquet). The entire living area has underfloor heating/heating. On the terrace, cozy garden furniture invites you to relax and enjoy. In the garden, there is plenty of space for our little guests to play. The Ostfriesenhuus is particularly child-friendly - your own games room on the upper floor, toys/books are available. There is also a buggy for excursions. Hamswehrum has a playground within walking distance in two minutes. The quiet location in Hamswehrum makes the place particularly attractive - all excursion destinations are within easy reach. In the parents bedroom there is also a cot available. And for rainy weather, we have set up a small library in the bedroom with thrillers, fiction, cookbooks, etc. The house has a carport; private bicycles can be placed covered behind the house. Pets are not allowed in the Ostfriesenhuus. The house is a non-smoking house. This property is rented during the Easter and autumn holidays from five nights without a fixed changeover day. The holiday home is located in the small, tranquil Hamswehrum, a typical East Frisian Warfendorf not far from the North Sea coast. Here guests will find peace and quiet in the middle of green fields and the wide marshland. The nearby dyke invites you to take walks and bike rides along the coast, with wide views over the Wadden Sea. The coastal towns of Greetsiel and Emden can be reached in a short time and offer restaurants, shopping and maritime excursion destinations. An ideal starting point for nature lovers and those seeking relaxation who would like to enjoy the tranquility of East Frisia.
