Absolutely NO hou The space The unit has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and sleeps 4 guests. The master bedroom has 1 Queen and bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds. No smoking, no pets, no motorcycles, no trailers, no RV's, no golf carts. The Main bedroom has one queen bed with serene views. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds. Both bedrooms are equipped with tv's. The living area offers a comfortable seating area, TV with cable and a relaxing view of nature. The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay. Balcony overlooks the lake. Community pool just steps away as well as laundry room. Maximum two (2) automobiles per property. Permits will be issued if required. No more than 2 permits will be issued. All vehicles in violation will be towed by the City the of North Myrtle Beach at the vehicle owners expense. Guest access Guests will pick up and return key(s) to the rental office. Other things to note *Rates for weekends, holidays, and special events may be subject to change without notice and do not include the 12% tax or additional fees. The renter agrees to Hold Eagle Beach Rentals' employees and unit owners harmless for any accident, damage, or lost/stolen items that may occur during renter occupancy. The renter further agrees to comply with the resort's conditions, regulation and rules. This is a non-smoking property and all guest rooms are non-smoking.
