Built in 1898, this home has all the charm of a late Victorian but with modern comforts. Located in Hannibal’s Central Park Historic District. Just a 4 block walk to downtown and Main Street. This home is perfect for guests who are seeking an authentic historic home experience. In the home's renovation we have preserved as many original features as possible. These historic features (such as original woodwork, windows, sinks and toilets, kitchen cabinetry) show their age and beauty in the form of patina. Our design approach is to be sensitive to the homes past and embrace its authentic historic features. We do not rip everything out and create a modern day home inside. Yet we have many modern amenities in the home, such as Central Air Conditioning, WIFI and Roku TV. Guest access The entire home except basement Other things to note We are child friendly but you must bring any child safety accessories you require.
