This completely remodeled, one bedroom, one bath condo on the first floor (NO STAIRS) of The Rockies is the perfect retreat for a couple or a family with small children. Newly painted and refreshed, this condo features and open living/kitchen area with plush sleeper sofa, bar seating, gas fireplace and private patio. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to dine in or make a quick snack, and if you open the drapes of the sliding glass door you'll have one of the best views of the mountain as your backdrop. The bedroom has a comfortable king bed, and mountain view. The bathroom is located just outside in the hallway and has a walk in shower. The sofa sleeper pulls out for another queen bed. Bedding configuration: Master bedroom: King Bed Living Area: Queen Sleeper Sofa The Rockies complex is just 400 yards to the base of the ski area and Gondola Square (5 minute walk). It has a large heated pool, 2 hot tubs, gas BBQ grilling area, very large parking lot and yard. In summer, there is a sand volleyball court in back. Complimentary Winter Shuttle Service to the mountain and downtown. A/C: NO ( The Vast Majority of units in Steamboat do not have A/C and it is usually not needed.
