Home in Aurora

Located in a quiet community between Denver and DIA, we are 5 minutes from the University of Colorado Hospital and a short commute from all that Denver has to offer. Even the mountains or a concert at Red Rocks are about an hour away. We want you to be able to go out and experience Colorado, and come back and feel at home. The space This home is a fully remodeled private residence located in a quiet, established Denver suburb. We have new Tuft and Needle mattresses with high quality sheets in every bedroom, new towels (bath, hand, washcloth) in every bathroom, and we have enough dining and flatware to seat 8 adults for a family dinner. This home has space to sit down for a family dinner, or to gather and watch a movie, or to retreat to read a book or sleep in late. Guest access The main floor has the bedrooms, bathrooms, dining, living and laundry areas in addition to the covered patio. Other things to note Our 4pm or later check in time is to ensure we have enough time to clean the entire house, bathrooms, kitchen, and put fresh linens out in the event that we have a departure and arrival on the same day. This also gives time to address an especially messy house, late departures, or other unforeseen issues. We are testing keyless entry and can accommodate automatic check-in's if we are not going to be available when you want to check in. Typically we meet with guests to show around, answer questions, and give them a physical key if we are available. In order to provide a safe and secure home and to aid in automatic checkin we have some exterior surveillance.
