Other things to note Rental age restrictions: -This property has a minimum primary renter age requirement of 25. - Pets are welcome, however, we do charge a $150 non-refundable fee per pet*. - A mandatory pool heat fee of $25 per day is required from November to March. We aim to keep the pool at 86°F, but if outdoor temperatures drop below 70°F, the water temperature may decline. Please note that specific temperatures cannot be guaranteed. *Due to online booking policies, some payments may need to be submitted after the booking is reserved and confirmed. We are also willing to accept a cat. - Upon booking, a signed rental agreement and Government-Issued photo identification are required prior to receiving an electronic access code to the property. -Stays in excess of three weeks shall incur an additional cleaning fee.
