This large 1 bedroom apartment, located on the 2nd floor of an owner-occupied 1925 Arts & Crafts building, is an ode to Pittsburgh’s own Andy Warhol. There are framed Warhol prints throughout, and the wonderful Warhol Museum is less than 10 minutes away by car (or 20 if you take the corner bus). ACRISURE STADIUM can be reached via car in 15 minutes by car, as can PNC Park and downtown Pittsburgh (or 20-30 minutes by bus). The apartment is within strolling distance of many restaurants and shops. The space The apartment is located on the second floor—there are approximately 8 steps up from street to walkway, then 3 short sets of stairs (about 6 steps each) to the Airbnb. Spacious but cozy, there’s approximately 750 square feet of living space, with a living room, bedroom with a queen bed, dining room, and of course, the kitchen and bathroom. The living room, hallway and bedroom are carpeted (thus the NO SHOES POLICY). NOTE: NO PETS, NO SMOKING, and NO CHILDREN UNDER 12.
