Villa Suite near Sequoia Park

My home is nestled among the oranges on five acres. We have wonderful sunsets. The home is spacious and quiet. I do have two other rooms in the home to rent. I do have one small dog,(Remi) who gets along well with the guests. Sequoia park is about 1 hour from my home. The town of Exeter is 3 miles south where you can eat and browse the antique shops. We are also noted for many murals in the town and worth your time to view. Ask me about events and places to see anytime. The space Nestled among the orange and kiwi farms is this spacious (4,000 sq ft) historic home. Just 5 minutes away is the quaint town of Exeter with it's colorful murals, numerous antique stores and unique little restaurants with a European flare. My house is perfectly positioned for views to the West for amazing sunsets and to the East for spectacular views of the Sierra Nevada mountains and beautiful sunrises. From this location you will be 45 minutes from the entrance to Sequoia National Park and Kings Canyon National Parks. You will begin to relax as soon as you step out of your car with the smell of orange blossoms in spring and the noticeable feeling of peace and quiet. From your journey you may want to stretch you legs with a walk among the orchards or go upstairs and sit on the expansive deck and meditate on the panoramic view of the sierras. If you need to cook , please clean up after and feel free to use the dishwasher. I have a septic tank so please be mindful when throwing waste Into the garbage disposal. No rice or potatoes go in the disposal. No roughage. I only put toilet paper in toilets. My septic does not do well with female products 😏 During your stay If I am there I would love to meet you.
