Oz Cottage 2.9 m beach

The Oz Cottage room apartment is funky with all kinds off nooks and crannies! Walking distance to Lemon bay for beautiful sunsets. Great restaurants with outdoor dining and music on Dearborn St. Tennis courts, wonderful Library and a nice park are all within walking distance. 2.9 miles to Englewood Beach The space The Cottage Room is really more of a studio apartment. You have your own outside entrance. It doesn’t have a proper kitchen although It does have a microwave, apartment sized refrigerator, cook top and toaster oven. The back door Leeds to a small sitting area with a gas grill and outside sink. You also have your own private bath. Guest access The Oz house has lots of comfortable private sitting areas. Theres a fire pit for evenings and a small fountain with tadpoles, hot tub and above ground plunge pool a hammock and gas grill at Oz you can live outside comfortably. I even have the washing machine and dryer outside as well as a sink! There are so many places to get lost in nature it’s all quite wonderful... Other things to note I don’t have cable TV my property is all wireless. I have Netflix, Amazon and YouTube Tv, The Oz house also has 3 additional apartments the Treehouse, Courtyard and the Parlor which can share the pool, hot tub and garden areas. Although my guests generally respect other’s privacy as the Oz house is a place to relax and recharge🙏
