Our blackmoutrine house is a fully renovated family home, about 100 sqm, modern, very clear and comfortable. It is classified 4 stars in furnished tourist accommodation. It is located in a large enclosed garden, 200 m from the port of Herbaudière, beaches and essential shops. You will have at your disposal a 50 sqm living/dining room/ kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, two independent toilets and a laundry room. Outside you can enjoy two terraces. The space The house is very bright, the decoration is contemporary. The two terraces oriented differently will allow you to enjoy your meals in the sun or in the shade and enjoy the comfortable and functional garden furniture. A barbecue and petanque court are available. Bedrooms 1 and 2 each have a 140 cm bed. Both toilets are independent of the bathrooms. Guest access The single-story house is located in an enclosed garden of 2000 m², set back from the street, which ensures absolute tranquility. The entry is private. Other things to note You'll find all the basics in the kitchen and bathrooms to start your stay with peace of mind. We will be happy to provide you with all childcare equipment free of charge if you request it. You will have a very high speed internet connection (VDSL2) and a TV decoder. The cleaning will need to be done by you. You will be available to use any of the cleaning supplies. You can also take the cleaning option in the amount of 80 euros, which will need to be paid upon arrival. Bed linen and towels can be provided for a fee of 20 euros per person for the entire stay. This amount must also be paid upon arrival. If it is cold and electric heating is used, a financial contribution will be requested in addition. Electric car charging stations are 100m from the house.
