The Gîte du Passage has all the amenities and comfort to accommodate tourists, professionals or fishing enthusiasts (private carp pond available on request, with surcharge). Located in a farmhouse with 2 other cottages. (communicates only with the entrance courtyard of the T2 cottage) The Ping Pong cottage only faces the Guinguette side) Located opposite a guinguette, created in 1924, which operates every Sunday afternoon from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. from May to late September. An asset for some... who love music and dancing. A constraint for others. For the latter, the gîte has a large private garden on the other side and access to the pond located 200 meters away. On the ground floor: kitchen, living room, shower room, toilet. Upstairs: 1 double bedroom, 1 triple bedroom (1 140 cm bed and 1 120 cm bed). Large enclosed plot. Laundry room, shared washing machine. Garages. Linens and towels are provided free of charge. Electricity included. Extra heating in season (€10/day). Guests can enjoy the bikes available for free.
