Spacious 1BR/1BA, a great location near Vanderbilt

Enjoy spacious 1BR/1BA at the perfect spot near beloved Hillsboro Village, steps from Vanderbilt & Belmont Universities. To me the location is the best in the city, near Universities yet minutes drive/walk (5-10/20min) from Gulch, Downtown, Midtown where all the action is. The apartment is private, charming, vintage kitchen, clean, spacious, all basic needs supplied. Free parking. I purposefully kept its simple beauty & old elements because I believe in using things that work. (URL HIDDEN) The space My place is meant for 2 people, no guests on property or overnight . We clean all surfaces with bleach and alcohol disinfectant, and also ventilate the place for hours between the guests. PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE OF NEIGHBORS IN TERMS OF THE NOISE AND PARKING ON YOUR SPOT AND BEING RESPECTFUL IN EVERY WAY. THANK YOU. I provide linens and towels, one large bath towel and 1-2 small ones per person for 1-3 days stay. For longer stay I will provide more. If you prefer to change lots of towels like in a hotel, please bring some of your own because I don't have washer/dryer on the site and even with multiple sheet sets and many towels the cleaner can't turn place around in one visit if stays without towels. Apartment has stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, drip coffee machine, iron (but not iron pad, please use bad and towel underneath it) and hair dryer. I provide basic coffee, sugar and tea whenever I can which is most of the time, but if I am out of town I can't get my cleaner to go shopping for me for the price she charges to clean. There are many wonderful coffee shops and coin laundry at just 2-4 blocks away for all your extra needs. Guest access Entire apartment: bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, balcony and own parking lot. Kroger grocery store is 4-5 blocks away on the 21st Avenue and laundromat is right across it if you need it. Pretty good convenience store is at the end of the street, 18th avenue and Portland, near the gas station. Other things to note The cleaning will be handled by a paid service. We do extra diligent bleach cleaning of all surfaces due to Corona virus crisis.
