To me the location is the best in the city, near Universities yet minutes drive/walk (5-10/20min) from Downtown, Gulch, next to 12th south best vibes. Solidly built and all hard floors, the apartment is spacious, private, cozy, with a huge deck, furnished and fully supplied. Washer/dryer in the unit. Utilities and internet included. The space My place is meant for 2 people, no guests on property or overnight . PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE OF NEIGHBORS IN TERMS OF THE NOISE AND PARKING ON YOUR SPOT AND BEING RESPECTFUL IN EVERY WAY. THANK YOU. Apartment has washer/dryer, stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, drip coffee machine, iron (but not iron pad, please use bed and towel underneath it) and hair dryer. I provide basic coffee, sugar and tea whenever I can which is most of the time. There is a Kroger grocery store a few blocks away and many wonderful coffee shops and restaurants in the area. Guest access Entire apartment: bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room, balcony and own parking lot. Kroger grocery store is 4-5 blocks away on the 21st Avenue. Pretty good convenience store is at the end of the street, 18th avenue and Portland, near the gas station and so are many bakeries and restaurants, coffee shops at a few minutes walk.
