Home of the 'World's Safest Beach', Carpinteria offers the quaint California beach town feel, conveniently located 12 miles south of Santa Barbara. This comfortable and clean condo is furnished and decorated in a classic surf/beach theme. There is a sleeper-sofa for extra guests. We are only allowed to have 4 guests maximum. Two adults and two children. The kitchen is well stocked with the conveniences of home. The town trolley stop is just down the street. Please note: The bathroom is upstairs. Carpinteria and Santa Barbara offer countless activities and fine dining. Go bird watching at the Carpinteria Salt Marsh Nature Preserve across the street from the condo. Walk downtown to the shops and restaurants or ride the 'Pacific SurfLiner' train to downtown Santa Barbara. End the day with a sunset stroll on one of the cleanest beaches in California! Avoid the crowds of south and discover California's new 'Gold Coast.' I'm sure you will enjoy it as much as we do. The condo is located at 130 Ash Avenue in Carpinteria, CA.
