Perfect. The space Location Location Location! This is such a perfect "walking everywhere" holiday for you. Only 5 mins walk to beach, and 5 mins walk to the village. The access to enjoy the beach and village in stunning Avalon is literally a walk from your apartment. Avalon has everything, a few hipster bars; Paloma, Alma and Elvina, a cinema, a Woolworths supermarket, delicatessens, several bottle shops, a french restaurant and a bolongerie, boutique homewares and clothing stores. Palm beach and Whale beach are only approx 10mins drive away. We are hosting our “granny flat” below the family home. There is seperate access from under the car port and off street parking, if required, at the front of the property. There is a living area inclusive of full kitchen, bedroom with comfortable queen bed and lovely linen, large built-in wardrobe with decent amount of coathangers, a seperate bathroom inclusive of washing machine. And, we provide lush fluffy towels for your enjoyment. Also, the living area hosts an Ikea Holmsund sofa bed - great for addtional young guests. A smart TV with Netflix for you to keep up with you fav programs if needed but we know that you will be out and about - even Paloma cafe is a "hop skip and a jump" for you to have your morning cafe’. Guest access We are centrally located and you can easily walk to Avalon beach and the village, both are just over 400m away, no need to drive anywhere. Walking is easy, no real hills and no steps to access the property. There is off street parking at the front of the property - with a tarp covering. Public transport with direct bus routes to Sydney CBD and Palm Beach. The Palm beach ferry access takes you to Ettalong and Wagstaff on the Central coast, Patonga, The Basin. Other things to note Yet the apartment has a full kitchen with a stove, oven and microwave, a full sized fridge and all basic cooking utensils. We provide a coffee machine some salt and pepper.
