Do not hesitate to reach us through the Airbnb App. We will reply timely Walk to Moss Street Beach, one of Laguna Beach’s many renown beaches, where you can surf, dive, snorkel, or just relax; while enjoying the rugged reefs and tidepools. Relax, unwind, and restore your ‘inner calm’ while soaking up the sun and the gentle ocean breezes. We have beach chairs, towels, toys, etc! We have regular visits of hummingbirds! The space Our condo is situated above PCH and has great ocean and sunset views. It is only 100 to 200 Yards to the sand and the cove right across from us is secluded and one of the most photographed places in S Cal. Our home is an open concept design with Kitchen, Dining Area and Living area all open and connected. 1200 sqft, feels very roomy. Newly remodeled bathrooms with rain showers (bidet in Master) Kitchen is stocked with oils, spices, baking supplies, foil, parchment, saran & more! We have a Keurig, blender, bullet, Kitchen Aid mixer, food processor, hand mixer, toaster, electric hot water machine, espresso machine, juicer, salmon poacher, fondue pot, Le Cruest pots, DVD player. 2 outdoor common areas to enjoy a coffee. We have a lemon tree, rosemary, & beautiful flowers in our courtyard. There are beach chairs, umbrella, towels, boogie boards, & toys! Guest access There are 3 common areas (2 courtyards & a patio) with a beautiful sunset views with table & chairs to relax! Courtyard has a BBQ. There is also a renovated laundry room with a sink that is shared with a few other units (many do mot use this facility)You will have designated day and time; weekends are open to all so sharing shouldn't be an issue. You can contact others from list in laundry to inquire if you need a diff time slot. It's $2 per wash & dry.
