In the living room/kitchen there are 14 ft ceilings, a comfy couch and 50 inch flat screen tv as well. The kitchen includes full size stainless steel appliances, a custom built island on wheels, open shelving and much more. There AC and Heater in each room work extremely well. You will have access to the entire guest house, garage and small patio outside of the house. I live in the main house on the property so I will be around if you need me. Foodies: Nearby within walking distance is one of the best Mexican restaurants in town, Carlitos. Grocery: In just 5 to 15 mins you could be at WinCo, Raley's, Bel Air, Grocery Outlet, Walmart, and more. Active Lifestyle: There are several gyms in the area. The Yuba Sutter Trail is a 9 mile (in and out) paved biking/walking/running trail located on Hooper Road in Yuba City on one end and Acacia Road in the town of Sutter on the other end (4.5 miles in) If you like to watch softball there is a softball park just a few minutes drive down the road.
