Wolfeboro 260 year old farm! Enjoy private 3 bd 2 bth incl. linens, towels and a full kitchen with pots/pans and utensils. Plenty of room for whole family or multiple couples! Enjoy hiking, skiing, swimming, boating, historic sites, museums and much more. The beautiful lakes region offers endless fun activities for every season! Only 7 min away is everything you need grocery, gas, pharmacy, and coffee. Enjoy farm life without hard work! Donkeys, alpacas, sheep, and more! Baby goats & puppies! The space While this space is physically attached to our house, it is completely private and separated from the other areas of the house. This is our primary home and also a working farm so we are home every day to feed the animals and do our daily chores but will keep to ourselves unless needed. Donkeys, pigs, goats, chickens, ducks, turkeys, alpacas, and bunnies are all included in our family and look forward to meeting you! We have games, puzzles, and books as well as movies in the unit. Outside we have a large yard for you to enjoy - bring a frisbee or football! We try to supply most anything you would need, but you may want to bring additional paper towels, napkins, etc. if you plan on staying more than a couple nights or have a larger group. We provide 4 towels so if you prefer to not share please bring additional as needed. The air conditioning is window units not central air. Guest access Within the space you are staying in you are welcome to use all that is in the unit with the exception of some locked closets. Access to walking trails for snow-shoeing, xc skiing, etc. and access to snowmobile trails from property. You are welcome to enjoy the space around the unit which is a large grassy area, fire pit, grill, and more all within view of the animals and Mountain View’s. There is hiking, mountain biking, birdwatching, animals and more! Some “common areas” may be restricted. You will be asked to complete a COVID-19 questionnaire and provide pictures of licenses in accordance with state guidelines before you check-in. Other things to note There is a 8.5% NH Meals & Lodging Tax [License #061837] processed by AirBnB. COVID-19 Update: All guests will be asked to complete a questionnaire and sign an attestation according to state guidelines. You will also need to provide a picture of your license. **We can accommodate a maximum of 7 but ask that you discus with us ahead of time groups of 4 or more** We ask that you please plan to depart on check-out day by 10am. If there is a special circumstance or issue that requires you to be late, please let us know. Checking out means to depart the property, our cleaning staff doesn’t come on property unless you have left due to COVID precautions. If you have any questions please ask.
