Gîte toutes charges comprises. The space At your disposal: a living room with an open equipped kitchen, a sofa bed (140x190 sleeping area with roller shutter), a bedroom composed of two 90*200cm beds that can be joined, and a 90*190cm bed and an adjoining dressing room. Bathroom with shower stall, sink and toilet. The owners' dryer is available. The beds will be made on arrival, table linen (tablecloth, tea towels) will be provided, and heating and electricity will be included in the price of the stay. Free Wi-Fi. Outside, you will enjoy 400 m2 of enclosed and private land (courtyard and garden), a terrace with pergola, garden furniture and barbecue (gas or charcoal), and a parking area. The owners will be delighted to show you their local produce (seasonal fruit and vegetables). 15 minutes from the historic center of Troyes and the factory outlets, 25 km from Chaource and the Lacs de la Forêt d'Orient, and 2 hours from Paris. The Gîte des Frétées is a one-story cottage adjoining the owners' house and can accommodate 4 to 5 people.
