The space The studio is roughly 288 SQ FT and is the perfect space for girls getaway, a romantic weekend with your loved one, or concert go-ers. The studio is clean and comfortable with private access. The studio has 2 full beds and a desk if you need to work. We have a small armoire where you can hang clothes. The armoire has a ironing board and small handheld clothes steamer and yoga mat. Kitchenette: cooking basics, dishware & flatware, toaster, hotplate, coffee maker, mini fridge, paper towels, trash bags, coffee mugs, wine glasses, and wine opener. General: Roku TV, wifi, towels, hair dryer, hangers, A/C & heater, keyless entry. No need to worry about parking. There is plenty of free street parking (street sweeping on Mondays and Tuesdays between 12:00 pm - 2:00pm). Please read parking signs. Guest access The guests have access to a peaceful and big yard and entire studio. The yard is perfect to have dinner, drinks, or a cup of coffee.
