Goose Home Lodge is a modern two-bedroom lodge situated within the popular South Lakeland Leisure Village, within easy reach of Lancaster, Silverdale, the Southern Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales. The Lodge is new for 2022 and it has been built to a high standard, offering many mod-cons expected such as built-in Bluetooth music connectivity, an enclosed patio, two bathrooms and a spacious open-plan living space. Furnished to a high standard, with light, modern decor throughout, the spacious lodge comprises a large open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area - perfect for family or friends to gather - two bedrooms, one of which benefits from an en suite, and the family bathroom. Accommodation Summary The living room has two two-seater sofas, an electric fire, a 50" Freeview SMART TV, a built-in Bluetooth music system with speakers built into the ceiling, and a sliding door leading to the outside decking area. The dining area provides a dining table and four seats. Kitchen with breakfast counter, integrated fridge and freezer, dishwasher, combination washer/dryer, four-ring hob, double oven, and combination microwave oven. Four-slice toaster & kettle. Good selection of pots, pans, crockery, and cutlery. Double bedroom, with a king-size double bed and bedside tables with USB plug sockets, walk-in wardrobe, en suite bathroom with walk-in shower, basin, toilet, and a heated towel rail. Wall-mounted flat screen Freeview SMART TV. The twin bedroom has two single beds, a bedside table, and a lamp that offers wireless phone charging. The family bathroom has a bath and shower over, basin, toilet, and heated towel rail. Outside, you have a large enclosed decked area complete with outdoor furniture. The space is ideal for relaxing with a couple of drinks after exploring the local area. Guest access Guests will have exclusive use of the lodge. The Health & Fitness Club* features a 15-meter indoor, heated swimming pool, steam room, and a fully-equipped, air-conditioned gym. Fitness suites and the tranquil Pure Essence beauty therapy suites are also available, which offer a range of therapies and treatments. *Charges apply for the use of the Health & Fitness Club and treatments. Other things to note A travel cot and a high chair are available, on request. One dog is welcome at Goose Home lodge. A charge of £20.00 per dog per stay applies. Please let us know if you are bringing your dog so that we can request the additional payment from you via Airbnb. There is parking for one car next to the lodge with additional parking near the main entrance to the Leisure Village. The onsite restaurant and bar are open to the public and residents. The Health and Fitness Club is available for a reasonable charge. Neither the Owner nor the Booking Agent has any control over the complimentary Wi-Fi provided by the park.
