If you want to relax, then spend your Morro Bay time here. On the hill above the ocean, stunning ocean views while walking the hills. Very private. Washer/dryer. Self check-in. NO PETS My place is good solo adventurers, business travelers, and couples who share a queen bed. My place is not for infants or children. The space FAST WIFI - ASTOUND 1.5 GIG! You have the downstairs ADU unit of this big, outstanding house on the hill. It has a separate entrance, and a private bathroom. You don't have to share any spaces with the host, and there are no other guests! There is one bedroom and a bathroom. The space has a living room/kitchen open concept, and a separate bedroom with queen bed and large TV. The kitchen includes a full sized fridge, a sink, a gas range with oven, a small charcoal grill, a microwave and a coffee maker, plates, cutlery & utensils. Dine in the house, or at a table on your patio. While minimum stay is 30 nights, from APRIL to SEPT we prioritize 3 month and longer booking requests. NO PETS PERMITTED. The sofa is not a convertible to a bed, so not good for sleeping overnight. Guest access At the house, you have total privacy, and access to your private ADU unit by exterior deck stairs. You have a small deck patio to enjoy with a view of the Rock, and I will not come into your space. There is very little interaction between guest and host as I am usually away traveling. When I am in town, I will not come down and disturb you, nor will anyone else! I love my guests but thanks for not asking to come into my unit or into my private side yard, as well! : ) Host & guest often do not even meet. I give you total privacy, and we each do our own thing : ) NO PETS ALLOWED. Other things to note 1. No pets, no smoking. 2. Check in time is 4 pm - 10 pm. Check out time is 11 am. Sorry, no early luggage drop offs as housekeepers will be busy cleaning - unless you want to leave your bags outside. 3. No cigarette, vaping, cigar or pot smoking inside or outside. Smoke free environment. 4. No parties, additional guests, or loud behavior. 5. The booking rate is based on a 3-6 month minimum stay. 6. All changes & refunds are handled directly through Airbnb and the guest, not the host.
