This cozy studio is perfect for someone on an adventure or visiting for business. Culver City is centrally located near all that L.A. has to offer. The studio has air conditioning and heat, a private bathroom, queen size murphy bed. To make your stay more comfortable, enjoy the Kuerig, microwave and 2 mini fridge, as well as a stove top and sink. There is free street parking . There are stairs to enter the studio (no elevator). I have a dog who is playful she roams freely in the back yard. The space The entire studio is for the guest/s. The entire suite is fully sanitized and amazing for a solo traveller or a couple with a small child. The space is extremely clean per CDC requirements. We take our guests’ comfort and health very seriously. I’m proud to say that this listing has always received sparkling clean reviews. And now because of Covid-19, we’re taking extra steps to professionally clean and sanitize between reservations. All surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, including door knobs, surfaces, light switches, handles and remote controls. The suite is also fully equipped with disinfectant, paper towels, hand soap and hand sanitizer. There is also air conditioning and heat. Guest access Guests have private access through a security gate onto property and to the suite. Owner is available at all times but your interaction with owner is at your discretion. Other things to note My dog Brie has 24-7 access to the backyard.
