These condos are newly built so everything is in great condition. Condo has 2 floors with the bedrooms upstairs and the main living quarters on the main floor. There are three bedrooms upstairs with a central bathroom and the master bedroom has its own bathroom. The main floor is spacious with an open concept kitchen/dining room/living room. The space The spacious master bedroom has a Queen size bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a Tri-bunk with a single on top and a full on the bottom .The condo is located in a quiet location. Extra amenities are a 1/2 bath along with a washer and dryer. Living room has a flat screen T.V. over the fireplace and the entryway has plenty of space to hang all your ski gear. This beautiful end unit condo is located on West Mountain and is just minutes away from the West Mountain Chairlift and the famous Trent Jones Golf Course. It is also just minutes away from all that Sugarloaf has to offer. Park your vehicle when you arrive and let the free shuttle bus take you anywhere on the mountain you want to go. (Winter season.) Walk to the West Mtn. Chairlift in just minutes to begin your day of skiing. West Mtn chairlift runs on weekends and holidays.
