Quiet Mountain View Home-Extended Stay Discounts

Relax with the whole family at our quiet extended stay home with 30 day minimum rental (airbnb price reflects the 15% discount). Our home is bright, fully furnished, and feels like home! A 20% discount will be automatically adjusted for stays of 90 days or longer. Our home is supplied with everything you need. We are conveniently located near Copper Sky Center where you will find a pretty lake, paddle boats, workout equipment, pickle ball courts, athletic fields, play grounds, and fishing. The space Our cheery kitchen has been remodeled with quartz countertops and white kitchen cabinets. The kitchen counter serves four people easily with counter height stools as well as the dining table that seats 6 people. We have all major appliances and kitchen appliances including a mixer and food processor. Our living room and kitchen are together in one large area making making conversions with guests enjoyable. Guest access Washer and dryer are located in the laundry area indoors. The office area includes a desk and printer plus a lounge chair for reading. Privacy blinds are included on each of the windows as well as reading lamps next to the beds. The master bedroom and bathroom are furnished with blackout blinds. Night lights are located in the bathrooms and hallway. The patio outdoors includes a shaded wrought iron table and chairs, green space, and fire pit. Enjoy the hummingbirds at the feeders! Other things to note Mountain views on our quiet cul-de-sac creates a restful setting. There are many stores and restaurants located within 5 minutes drive. Copper Sky Community center is 1 mile away for easy walking from our front door where you will find workout equipment, swimming pools, athletic fields, paddle boats, fishing, and pickle ball courts. They are adding paddle boats this summer plus a fishing dock! It is approximately 3 mile walk around the lake and back following the neighborhood trail. Many activities are planned at the Copper Sky community center as well as a fantastic water park. There is a small fee for using some of the indoor equipment and pool. *Please note* that our home is available for the original registered guests only.
