TABITABI KANOE HARA
Description
Tabitabi Kanoe Hara is a fully renovated, over 100-year-old Kyomachi house located right next to Rokubasan Hachimangu Shrine, and is limited to one group per day. The worktop in the living room on the ground floor is surrounded by tiles that symbolize this facility. Why not watch the four seasons pass by in the garden, along with the gentle light that shines in through the skylight of the slightly elevated Japanese-style room. The beams around the ceiling on the second floor evoke the history of Kyoto. Please relax and unwind, forgetting the busy everyday life. Other things to note Special Notes: Please be careful about making noise, such as using the washing machine late at night, closing the door loudly, and making loud footsteps, and try not to make more noise than necessary. All facilities are non-smoking. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding. Guest etiquette 1. Kyoto machiya is a wooden building. Fireworks, tobacco, and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited. Fire is strictly prohibited in all areas, including indoors and the surrounding area. Violations of this rule may result in a fine based on the laws of the Kyoto government. Please do not bring cigarette butts into the building. If the staff finds a cigarette butt in the trash can, you will be charged a fine of 1,000 yen per cigarette. Please note that if the smell of smoke has a negative impact on the next guest's stay, we will charge you one night's room rate (the regular rate on the day) as compensation. 2. Bedding will be provided depending on the number of people booked. If the actual number of guests is greater than the number of guests booked, you'll need to pay an additional fee. 3. The stairs of the townhouse are relatively steep, so for safety, please be sure to hold the handrail when going up and down the stairs. 4. Please be careful not to make loud noises and voices as much as possible to avoid disturbing the neighbors. 5. Please take off your shoes at the entrance before going upstairs. Tatami mats are made of very soft materials and are very easy to damage, so never drag luggage or heavy items on them. Please note that in the event of damage, we will charge a repair fee. 6. The sliding doors and shoji screens in the Japanese-style room are quite delicate, so please be careful when handling them. 7. During your stay, it would be very helpful if you could separate the garbage into two types: burnable and non-burnable. Registration Details Hotels and Inns Business Act | 京都市 | 京都市指令保医セ第 112 号
