Particularly noteworthy is the sunny and spacious balcony in a south-west location; here you can spend entire vacation days sitting in the sun and enjoy the soothing sea air. An initial set of towels and bath towels is ready for you in the apartment and the beds are made for you. Location The exclusive and light-flooded apartment is located in a southwestern location on the first floor of house 3. The Baltic Sea is practically on the doorstep - in just 200 meters you can reach the fine sandy, kilometer-long beach of Boltenhagen. The pier and the spa park are only a few minutes' walk away. In the immediate vicinity you will find shopping, restaurants and cafes as well as numerous leisure activities and excursion destinations. Hiking and cycling trails, a climbing park, wellness and fitness facilities as well as versatile events, such as the popular sea bridge festival, guarantee an eventful vacation for the whole family. The amenities The bright and modern non-smoking apartment has underfloor heating, floor-to-ceiling windows with triple insulation, free WiFi and a fully equipped open kitchen with dishwasher, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven and microwave as well as a dining area. In the living area there is a double sofa bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and a large flat screen TV with Blu-ray player. The separate bedroom is furnished with a modern box spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a flat-screen TV. A crib can be placed in the living area for a fee and you can book a high chair on request. In the stylish bathroom there is a walk-in shower, a vanity with hairdryer, vanity mirror and towel radiator. The apartment has a hallway with wardrobe. On the balcony equipped with garden furniture and parasol you can enjoy the sun to your liking, which shines here into the evening. The balcony is accessible from the living room. Except for a threshold to the balcony, the apartment is barrier-free. The features On request, you can use the attractive amenities of the resort – in House 5, a sauna area with a Finnish sauna, bio sauna, and relaxation room is available to you. Bathrobes and sauna towels are available at the reception for a small rental fee. In the in-house cafe 'Up Wiek' is our guest reception with reception and lounge. If the weather is nice, we will be happy to welcome you to our terrace. The cafe has its own small children's playground and free WiFi. Please note that this apartment is a non-smoking apartment and pets are not allowed. The apartment has an assigned underground parking space, which is available to you free of charge.
