Adjacent to protected national forest land, that increases privacy and allows for viewing wildlife that stroll through. Our home has 4 bedrooms 2 baths and sleeps up to 8. The living/dining area faces the forest through large picture windows. The huge deck is perfect for lounging, eating and entertaining. In the winter, the large stone fireplace creates a comfy setting for reading and relaxing. Our home is 5 minutes to the pool, hot tub, spa, golf, tennis, pickleball, aquarobics and yoga. The space On the first floor our home has a living room with two story rock fireplace and a wall of two story windows with a view of the forest, a dining room that can seat up to 8 people, a full kitchen (fridge, oven stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, pots, pans and dishes and utensils). Also on the first floor are a laundry, a small bedroom with a queen bed on the bottom and twin bunk (only used by small children), a large bunk room with two bunk beds (The bunk room works better for kids as adults may find the bunks to be uncomfortable), and a full bath with shower and tub. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed, skylights to see the stars, and a sink in each room, a full bath with walk-in shower and a game/TV loft space. A 20 foot wide deck reaches across the entire back of the house with amazing views of the national forest. There is also a gas BBQ and a horse shoe pit. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property and all of Black Butte Ranch. In addition, our home abuts US Forest Service land so hiking, snowshoeing or cross country skiing is right off the deck. There is also a horse shoe pit on the property. Within a 5 minute walk is the Glaze Meadow Rec Center that includes two large pools, one inside (open all year) and one outside (closed in the winter) as well as a workout room, steam room, and large hot tub. There is also a gift shop and spa that provides massage, facials, manis and pedis. Black Butte also has 2 championship golf courses, fishing, tennis, pickle ball and miles and miles of bike and walking trails. Other things to note There is an access fee for Black Butte Ranch that is added to the cost of the rental. The cost is 14% of the rental, and is already included in the nightly rate.
