Only 2 km from Lake Dienville. The space On the ground floor: a living room composed of a dining area, a living area with fireplace (wood offered), a spacious kitchen overlooking a laundry room (additional refrigerator), a bathroom, independent toilet and a double bedroom (bed 160x200). Upstairs: a triple bedroom (3 beds 90x200), a bedroom for 3 people (1 bed 90x200 + 1 bed 160x200), a double bedroom (bed 160x200), a shower room with a large shower cubicle, separate toilet. You will also have access to the barn (secured) to store your vehicles (cars, motorcycles, jet ski), to make some basketball baskets (3 adult bikes, balloons...) or for your family meals. Outside, you'll have a courtyard and unenclosed gravel terrain. Heating + electricity included, sheets are provided.
