Welcome to the Lookout, towering above Grosvenor gardens with fantastic views out over the English Channel. Look no further for your seaside getaway. We are located just 50 meters from the beach. Our apartment has everything you need to enjoy the sun of St Leonard's. There are some stairs to climb to get to the top floor, but the views are well worth it! The space Entering the apartment, we have a refurbished modern shower room and contemporary fitted kitchen. The kitchen comes equipped with everything you will need for a short stay including a Nespresso coffee machine to get you going in the morning so you can relax and enjoy your stay. The living area offers stunning views across St Leonards and out to sea with comfortable furnishings and a 50” smart TV if you fancy a night in with a movie. A soft and cosy bed will ensure a great night’s sleep. We hope you will enjoy this apartment as much as we do! Guest access Guests will receive all access codes and instructions 48 hours before there arrival. Other things to note There is plenty of free parking outside the property and just around the corner on the seafront. There is 3 flights of stairs to the apartment.
