See you soon. The space Charming small renovated duplex of 45 m2 in a courtyard with two bedrooms and a great location 9 min walk from the LX Factory. One of the small bedrooms has two single beds and the other has a double bed. The kitchen is equipped, the lounge has a comfortable sofa and TV. You can also enjoy your meals outside in a small patio at the entrance of the apartment. Important: Please note that the duplex is cozy but small. The stairs to the 1st floor are narrow and steep (see photo). It's less easy to carry large suitcases upstairs. The Alcantara district is commercial and offers many cafes and restaurants. A little less "touristy" than the city center, it is more and more trendy ( LX Factory, April 25 Bridge...) You will be close to the marina (Doca de santo Amaro) for a walk along the Tagus River, LX Factory (art center, shops, bars and restaurants), the Lisbon convention center or Belém. By bus, train or taxi/bolt/ Uber, the center is minutes away. It's very easy to get around the city. From the airport, it takes less than 30 min by car (normal traffic), about €20 by Uber/bolt/taxi. Train: Alcantara mar or Alcantara Terra station Tram: 15 - 18 th Guest access The street where the apartment is located is free for parking as well as some streets nearby. The neighborhood is lively, so parking spaces are coveted. You will also find a public parking lot at the entrance to the street €2/hour, €12/24 hours.
