Sleeps for 6 people. The space 30 min from Troyes city center, 20 minutes from factory shops and in the heart of a small town with all amenities: supermarket, restaurants, aquatic complex... Independent single-story house with enclosed grounds and located in a very quiet subdivision. The cottage is equipped with a kitchen, a living room with dining area and sitting area where you will have a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, a hifi channel and a library with diverse books. Two twin bedrooms each composed of 2 beds of 90x190, a double bedroom in the basement, a bathroom with a large walk-in shower, and a separate toilet will also be available. Outside: a fully enclosed 700 m2 grassland as well as a terrace with two garden furniture and a barbecue will leave room for relaxing. Guests can fit your vehicles in the courtyard or in a basement garage. Linens, linens (tea towels/tablecloth/table towels) and wifi will be included in the rental price. Extra electricity according to consumption + heating package of €15/day in case of use.
